John Michael FRPS and Shelagh Wooster ARPS - November 2012
1 - 29 November 2012
John Michael's exhibition features as part of the BATH ART AFFAIR 2012 running from the 9 - 12 November 2012.
During November, The Society is showing the work of RPS member, John Michael FRPS. His exhibition features photographs from his extensive travel archives and journeys of discovery. Having travelled to some 65 countries to date, often on long expeditions, John takes around 30,000 images a year on the road! This exhibition demonstrates a strong graphic style with reference to shapes, angles, bright colours and natural designs.
Also on dislpay are 13 images from a recent Associateship panel by Shelagh Wooster ARPS (achieved in October 2012)
ARPS Statement of Intent:
‘I love the way the mist, rain, ice and the morning and evening light changes the colours and forms of the landscape not seen in bright conditions. I have presented images of both the larger and more intimate details of the beautiful landscapes from around the world.’
