Nature and Garden Photography

Take your garden photography further by joining The Royal Photographic Society!

This prestigious and unique Society offers Distinctions in photography and you could gain the internationally respected Licentiateship or Associateship - both Distinctions are awarded for a high degree of proficiency and for the demonstration of a high degree of a technical and visual competence. Associateship falls into categories, Nature and Visual Arts being two of these.

There are many other benefits to belonging, shared knowledge and expertise through the unique Regional and Special Interest Group meetings, the Forum, and the RPS Journal which is posted directly to your home. You are also encouraged to put up your own portfolio on the rps website, a chance to share your images!

In your first year of membership you are entitled to a free Special Interest Group. The Nature Group produces a magazine -‘The Iris’ which is published three times a year and lists the wide variety of field trips and workshops held throughout the country. As a garden photographer you will be made most welcome at any of the activities so please visit their Group pages, where there are contacts and further details.
