29th March is confirmed and I hope to add another day, either 30th March or mid April.
The population of hares has suffered badly and is estimated at 10, which has fallen from 30, and will mean fewer opportunities.
However, our continued support will help the RSPB to recreate the envoironment that has allowed them to thrive in the past and there are other photographic opportunities on the island.
The RSPB is also looking for Working Party Volunteers and anyone that would like to attend one of these should contact Kieran Alexander for more information.
The work that needs doing includes the restoration of footpaths and moving the hides back into the correct positions
