The Royal Photographic Society Distinctions are recognised as the most prestigious in the photographic world. The Fellowship is the highest level of the Society’s Distinctions and only Associates of The RPS may apply.
The Professional and Applied Panel incorporates Documentary, Portraiture, Record, Theatrical, Visual Journalism and Wedding photography. Applied Photography can be defined, for the purposes of the panel, as photography which is used to illustrate record, promote or inform on a specific subject or project.
It is essential that you book onto an assessment day in order for your portfolio of work to be assessed for the FRPS.
There are only 15 places available each day for the FRPS Professional & Applied assessments so it is important to book ahead of time.
* It is essential to read the Fellowship Handbook before applying.
Please Note: There are no spectator places for Fellowship assessments
