We are trialling a new way of offering distinctions advice and this session is for those wishing to submit for Associateship and Fellowship.  We are still finalising the details, but if you book on-line, our events co-ordinator, Lorraine, will contact you to book a time slot.

For ARPS advice, you need to bring FIFTEEN prints and up to fifteen spares; for FRPS advice you must already hold an ARPS and bring TWENTY prints with up to twenty spares.

Cancellation policy

London Region Refunds Policy The Royal Photographic Society is a registered charity and the London organisers are volunteers. The London Region has adopted the following refunds policy in respect of events & activities organised by or on behalf of the Group:- 1. In the case of events and activities where the charge for participation is £25 or less (per person), no refunds will be made where a person cannot participate for any reason outside the control of the London Region.
 2. In the case of events and activities where the charge for participation is more than £25 (per person), no refunds will be made where a person cannot participate for any reason outside the control of the London Region unless:- (a) the actual cost of the event or activity to the London Region has been met by paying participants; and
(b) the reason for not being able to participate is one that is outside the control of the person in question; and
(c) notice in writing (email is acceptable) outlining the circumstances for non-participation is given to the London Region no later than seven clear days before the start of the event or activity.
 3. In any case, the London Region will only refund the sum paid (per person) and will not compensate for any consequential costs that may have been incurred, such as travel, accommodation, refreshments or subsistence.
 4. A condition of payment for London Region events or activities charges is that this policy is accepted.
 5. In the event of dispute the London Region Treasurer’s decision is final.
