||Dinner in the Falmouth Hotel followed by a presentation by David Chapman, a local professional photographer who specialises in wildlife and landscapes.
||More visits to local areas.
Falmouth is situated on a huge natural harbour. It has beaches and docks and the National Maritime Museum. It is within easy reach of Lizard Point, the most southerly point on mainland Britain, and of Lands End, the most westerly point in England. There are quaint fishing villages, moors, cliff scenery, industrial archaeology and prehistoric remains all in a fairly compact area. Do come and see a beautiful and fascinating area of the UK.
Across Carrick Roads towards Flushing from the National Maritime Museum
In addition to the accommodation (to be booked and paid independently) the cost for the weekend is £10. Places must be booked with me beforehand and if you are not going to stay in the Falmouth Hotel but want to come to the dinner there will be an additional charge of £26 and I must be informed and paid in advance. Everyone coming to the dinner will have to make a menu choice beforehand!
