Entry rules and conditions

There is no charge for submission of entries.

A maximum of 5 prints may be submitted by each Group member.

A maximum of 80 prints to be exhibited will be chosen by the selector(s).

All mounts must be white (or close to white), 50x40 cms in size, and with a bevel edged aperture/window for the print.

Image size and aspect ratio of the print may vary, but must fit within the mount size specified.

Any subject matter in either monochrome or colour is acceptable, provided that it is not considered to be offensive by the judges.

There must be no text on the front of the mount or print.

The title of the print, together with author’s name, address, email address, contact telephone number and RPS membership number should be clearly shown on the reverse of the mount.

Prints selected for the exhibition will be labelled with title and the photographer's name.

Copyright and reproduction:

 Copyright in all entries remains with the photographer and all entries shall be accepted subject to the same rules and conditions as those applicable to entries submitted to the Society’s 2015 International Print Competition.

How to enter:

Please submit your prints at the future Region events (check Region website) before the closing date. If you cannot attend any of the future events, please post your submissions to:

Contact for queries:

Notifications or otherwise of acceptance will be emailed by 25th January 2016.

Unsuccessful prints may be collected in person from the Pyramid Gallery during the exhibition. Postal returns will not be available.

Successful prints may be collected from the Pyramid Gallery after 9th May 2016.

Closing Date for entries is 20th December 2015.

Submission of any entry implies acceptance of the rules and conditions of entry and failure to comply may result in disqualification.

Neither the Exhibition Co-ordinator nor the Region  accept any responsibility for the damage or loss of the submitted materials.
