Award winning Wildlife photographer Tom Way goes into what it takes to be a Wildlife Photographer. Talking about the importance of light, the right angles and the emphasis on trying to compose a sellable image when looking through the lens. Tom describes his adventures over the last few years, and how he has gone from working in a gym to now taking award winning wildlife images around the world and exhibiting them over the UK. Tom has been awarded in various competitions with his biggest success to date being awarded in the European Wildlife Photographer Of The Year 2015 competition.

Tom’s work is widely published and he is a contributor to the BBC Wildlife Magazine. Tom exhibits his images as large framed prints around the UK at art exhibitions and galleries.

Secondly, Eva Worobiec FRPS will be giving us a presentation entitled 'Working in Themes'. Eva's talk shows how working in themes and on projects can lead to better opportunities for exhibitions and to have work published, as well as being inherently more rewarding than just trying to capture unrelated images to impress judges. She will also bring copies of her newly-published book "Abandoned on the Plains", her 4th joint project with husband Tony Worobiec FRPS with whom people may be familiar.

Plus the return of the Raffle!

Some new prizes for this event
