Field trip around Hayle
Blow away the Christmas cobwebs and start the New Year with an exploration of Hayle and it's surroundings. Hayle sits on an estuary close to St. Ives and has a number of interesting features including a railway viaduct, a harbour, three miles of golden sands and a lighthouse, a new quay development, churches, gardens, a new Asda and much more.
If the weather is bad we can stay in our chalet looking out over St.Ives bay, and also look at your photographs - so bring some just in case.
Lunch at the chalet can be local pasties or bring a packed lunch. Tea and coffee will be provided.
Meet at our chalet on the Riviera Towans, near Phillack
Detailed directions to the chalet will be emailed to you when booking
Meet at the chalet at 10.30 for a warming cup of coffee.
Leaders will be Graham Hodgson FRPS and Carol Ballenger FRPS
Please ensure booking with Graham by email.
