For the first time, all the images from this hauntingly, powerful collection will be exhibited. You are invited to attend the Exhbiition Opening and Vernissage on 20 July from 18:30 to 20:00
At first glance, Griffin’s series of abandoned railway tracks in Poland may look innocuous, but we soon realise the sinister origins of the subject matter - transporting millions to their deaths in the concentration camps.
Gerry Badger described Griffin’s book, Himmelstrasse, as “an instant candidate for the year’s ‘top ten’” (see full review here).
The Exhibition itself will run for ten weeks (opening times below) and five other artists will be exhibiting for two week periods with Griffin – bookmark this page for further details about these exhibitions and further events.
This event is free, but it would greatly assist us our planning if you could e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org if you are going to attend.
The Exhbition itself runs from 21st July to 30th September and the Gallery Opening Times are:
- Thursday: 16.00_20.00
- Friday: 11:00 - 17.00
- Saturday: 11:00 - 17.00
