Regular Meeting of the SW London Group.
Looking forward to seeing you all next Tuesday in the Upstairs Room at the Prince of Wales - http://www.foodandfuel.co.uk/our-pubs/prince-of-wales-putney/
The evening will be in two parts. For the first part, Neil Cordell will lead a session about picture selection and editing. For the second part, you are each invited to submit two pictures for discussion within the Group. More details:-
Part One: The five of us who went to the Little Venice Canal Festival last Saturday will have selected ten images each to share with the Group. From these fifty images, Neil will select the ten which he believes “tell the story of the day” and he will tell us why he has chosen particular images. Neil’s choices/selections will no doubt be the subject of robust discussion!
Part Two: Everyone is invited to submit two pictures for discussion with the group:
a - A picture you have taken, which you love but nobody else seems to
b. A picture you have taken, which everybody loves but you don’t.
Finally: We will be discussing ideas for the next meeting and “what’s on” at RPS London Region.
At the last meeting, it was suggested that we should have a “revolving chair”: Kevin Newman has kindly agreed to chair the meeting this week
If possible, will everyone, please e-mail images to firstname.lastname@example.org or, failing that, bring them along on a memory stick on the night.
