BETTER DIGITAL PRINTING
Participants need some operational knowledge of Photoshop, but little understanding of non-destructive processing techniques.
- Frustrated by inconsistent inkjet print quality
- New to digital c-type workflow
- Does not yet have the skills to problem solve print quality issues
Purpose of the session
- To build client confidence in best practice use of Photoshop, printer software and paper
- To establish the ground rules of colour management
- To establish the principles of digital darkroom techniques
- To produce eye-catching digital hand-prints
- To build client enthusiasm for inkjet and digital c-type printing

What to Bring: please bring along 10 images that you would like to work on – if this is a problem don’t worry as the tutor has images you can use if you don’t have any.
Please also bring a packed lunch or use local amenities, there is a supermarket, coffee shop and delicatessen within walking distance - tea and coffee is provided.

Parking: There is no parking at the RPS on week days but there are spaces available in the surrounding streets. At weekends you can park in the RPS car park which is accessed to the left of the building through a gateway.
