FULLY BOOKED - SPECTATOR PLACES REMAINING ONLY
This Distinctions Advisory Day is for LRPS and ARPS. You may attend as a Participant (bringing work with you for advice) or as an Spectator (not bringing work with you). If you are working towards ARPS you must select one of the following categories for your submission:
Creative, Pictorial or Travel
There are also Conceptual & Contemporary and Applied categories. However, we are not advising on these categories at this event.
Participants can supply work either as digital files for projection or as prints. Prints are the recommended option.
For LRPS submissions please bring 10 prints plus a few spares and include a hanging plan.
For ARPS submissions please bring 15 prints plus a few spares and include a hanging plan and a Statement of Intent.
Ideally, prints should be mounted as they will be viewed on display stands. Mounting can affect the appearance of prints and feedback will be given on the style and format of mounting if requested.
Lunch (usually a sandwich/bagette) can be provided for £5, which is payable on the day.
Please book online and then send an email to Brian Smethurst firstname.lastname@example.org giving your name and the following details:
- Whether you are applying for LRPS or ARPS
- If ARPS please state category
- Prints or Digital projection
- Whether or not you would like to purchase lunch for £5 on the day.
Cost for Spectators is £10 (RPS members and non-members). For Participants the cost is £15 (RPS Members) and £20 (non-members)
