SORRY, THIS EVENT IS NOW FULLY BOOKED.

The suggested meeting place for this walk is outside Piccadilly Tube Station on the corner of Coventry Street and Shaftesbury Ave by Ripley's 'Believe It or Not' (the tall man with the cane).  It is on the right side of the road and a bit less congested than other possible meeting points.

From the meeting point, we will walk through parts of Soho. Unbelievable as it seems, Soho was farmland in the Middle Ages, following which the land was taken over by Henry VIII who turned it into a Royal park!

We will finish at the Brewer Street Market, recently under threat but now re-established, and then, following the formal conclusion of the walk you may return to Piccadilly where we expect the World Naked Bike Ride to pass through around 15:00-15:30 on its annual celebration of ecologically friendly transport and a demonstration against the dominance of the motor car.

A more detailed itinerary will be available to those who book.

This event is now fully booked but if you would like your name to be put on a Waiting List in case of cancellations, please e-mail the event organiser - link below.
