Roger Hance FRPS is travelling over from Essex and joining us today (April 22nd 2018) to give two talks, a print based one in the morning and a digital one in the afternoon.

Roger joined the RPS in 1985 and has since sat on the distinctions panel for 8 years helping other photographers. Meanwhile by 1993 he had gained four fellowships for himself, in different categories.  During this period, in 1990 Patrick Lichfield was the judge for Amateur Photography magazine and awarded him the photographer of the year award.

His talks today (April 22 2018) will describe his visions though his viewfinder and will cover Sports, Natural History, Landscapes, Portraiture, Studio and Natural Lighting and Creative and Photojournalism.

Permajet Paper sponsor Roger and he will be showing how different paper finishes can effect the way your photograph looks.

The day will begin at 10.30am and finish at around 4pm. Coffee and tea is free of charge throughout the day, help yourself, the hot water urn is always on.
