Enjoy a day at Sir Clough Williams-Ellis' Portmeirion Italianate Village. Explore the photographic opportunities within the village, the surrounding woodlands, the harbour side, and estuary. Discover the Castle Gardens and Brondanw Gardens and let your imagination run away with you in this incredibly photogenic location. Retrace the steps of Patrick McGoohan's No.6, The Prisoner from the 1960's iconic television show or just mooch around and enjoy the location. There are numerous places to eat in Portmeirion, from Cafe Chwech serving baps, rolls and sandwiches to the Town Hall Cafe serving jacket potatoes and light lunches. If you feel a little more peckish there's always the Castell Brasserie or the Hotel Restaurant. Alternateively, you can bring your own packed lunch as there are plenty of picnic tables and benches to sit on. We will meet at the main car park at 10am, bring your  ticket/receipt with you. Please note, the grounds are open until 7.30pm and you are welcome to stay until this time if you wish. Booking is essential for this event as we have to give numbers to Portmeirion village in advance of our visit. Sorry, no dogs allowed.
