Steven is a renowned Creative Photographer and Digital Artist and will show many of his award winning prints from national and international photographic salons including creative prints with a definite leaning towards impressionist art. His presentations will also feature several new and unseen works.

As well as showing his prints, Steven’s presentation will include a PDI presentation of images before and after processing.

Steven says of his work: “After capturing the initial image with as much sharpness and detail as I can achieve I purposely set out to degrade the image, to reduce that clinical sharpness we generally associate with a more standard record photograph. My goal is to create a picture with mood, feeling and atmosphere. The creative process begins to take shape in my imagination and evolves as the picture takes shape, the end result can and often is completely different to how I had envisaged it initially. Compositional rule breaking is something I enjoy so I try to add this to the mix as often as I feel it appropriate. If the end result gives pleasure to someone and maybe hangs on the walls of their home I have succeeded”.

Steven is a member of the RPS Fine Art Distinctions Panel and an invited member of the London Salon
