The DIG AGM has now been moved to Wednesday 14th March at 11.00

It will take place at the Shinfield Players Theatre, Whitley Wood Lane, Reading, RG2 9DF.
The change of date and location was caused by potential problems for members getting to the previous venue in the adverse weather conditions.  Unfortunately changes to some of the arrangements will be necessary.

The revised timetable will be:-
10.30  doors open
11.00 AGM
12.00 close AGM
12.15 Start prints
13. 15 Lunch
14.00 Prints
15.30 finish
Regrettably it is not possible to include a speaker during the revised schedule but Irene Froy, who was to have made a presentation during the AGM meeting, will join us again for the 2019 AGM.
As it is such short notice, we are still working with the theatre to establish what refreshment facilities will be available. We aim to have tea and coffee available, but there will be NO FOOD. Please bring a packed lunch as there are no shops nearby.

It is likely that we will have to rebook different selectors.
Please bring your prints with you in the normal way and collect your last years exhibited print and spares from the day, as you leave.
For those members who were planning to come to the AGM at Smethwick on March 4th but can no longer make the revised date/location, please post your prints to arrive on or before March 12.  DIG will reimburse members postage for those of you who are no longer able to make it to the meeting due to date/venue change.  Please retain your postal receipt to enable you to make your claim.  Then email digtreasurer@rps.org  for details on how to claim your postage refund.
Entries should be posted using My Hermes   www.myhermes.co.uk

The new location is located south of Reading. For those people travelling by car, From Junction 11 of the M4 take the B3270 towards Earley and look for the signs for the theatre. There is limited car parking but road parking is possible.  Please look carefully at the gantry signs above the road and ensure you get in the correct lane.

For those who travel by train, once at Reading Station, exit on the south side of the station (towards the town centre), and catch bus number 3 or 10 from bus stop SA immediately outside the station.
