Gavin’s new workshop for 2018 is entitled Camera Alchemy. This action packed live shooting and editing demo will feature a range of simple science themed photo ideas. From macro shots of soap bubbles to crazy fun portraits, you’ll discover how we unknowingly use science in our day to day photography and how photography can be used to capture the beauty in science.

The talk is aimed at a wide range of photography skill levels, so everyone from the newest member to the experienced camera users will find the day entertaining, interactive and just possibly educational.

This is a unique opportunity to see Gavin in action as due to overwhelming demand Gavin is fully booked for evening talks to camera clubs and photographic societies throughout 2019. Bookings for 2020 will open Autumn 2018.

Opening times

The event will start at 10.30 am with doors opening from 9.30. It is anticipated that the workshop will finish at about 16.00.
