Liverpool Architecture Photography Workshop

This workshop is aimed at photography enthusiasts with an interest in architectural and Interior photography.

The course will help you develop key techniques relating to architecture and interior photography, with insight into approaches to framing and exposure techniques.

Itinerary for the day

Welcome and introduction talk by Craig Magee about his work and approach.

Participants will walk through the city centre taking in a number of locations, initially for a short staged shoot demo, followed by guided shoots by participants.

This will be followed by a short demo on processing of raw files and simple retouch as well as looking at participants images, back at the Everyman.

In the weather case of bad weather the Everyman Theatre will become our subject, with its stunning interior, and hopefully another location.

You will need
Basic understanding of your own camera and it's settings, experience working with manual modes, understanding of aperture, shutter speed and iso. Understanding of colour temperature is a bonus.

A camera, lenses and a tripod are a must. Shift lenses if you have them. Tablets or laptops if you wish. Clothing suitable for the weather, a waterproof jacket is an idea along with comfortable shoes. Packed lunch or you can to buy food when out.
