WHAT'S THIS ALL ABOUT?

You bought the camera, you've read the instructions, but it’s all still a bit of a mystery. This day session will help you understand how to get off auto and understand how to use your camera.

WHAT WILL I BE LEARNING?

You’ll start with the basics: learning how the camera works. Understand exposure so you have full control, get to know your apertures from your shutter speeds and what ISO is all about. Learn about focal lengths, which lenses are best for which shots, even depth of field and composition are covered. This is a packed day, with time to put your newfound skills into practice.

WHAT WILL I NEED?

You will need a camera which you are able to change the aperture, shutter speed and ISO.

You will also need a laptop to review your images.

Refreshments will be provided but you will need a packed lunch.
