Doors will open for the Annual General Meeting of the Archaeology & Heritage Group at 1000, with formal business commencing at 1030.

We will be pleased to hear from members who are interested in serving on the committee, or otherwise helping the group in the forthcoming year. Please contact the Secretary, Jim Tonks ARPS at 'Earlton', 174 Chairborough Road, High Wycombe, Bucks, HP12 3HW - tel. no. 01494 442061.

Members will then make their own lunch arrangements (several usually congregate at the 'Edmund Tylney' close to the Institute).

Following lunch we are holding our Annual Print Day, originally arranged for 9th January, when the event was cancelled due to the weather. The intention is for members to enjoy and discuss members' prints. Jim Tonks ARPS will be showing 30 prints from his exhibition at Fenton House, and Keith Evans FRPS will show 20 of his prints taken at stately homes.

Other members are encouraged to bring along their own prints for display and discussion. would anyone intending on bringing prints please contact Mike Sasse (mike.sasse@btinternet.com, 01892 531179).

This event is a good opportunity for new or prospective members to meet established members and find out about the photography pursued by the group.

PLEASE NOTE that although only current members of the A&H group may attend the AGM in the morning, we extend a warm welcome to all RPS members to join us over lunch and for the print session in the afternoon. If you are in this position, please contact Mike Sasse (see above).
