Members voted for their favourite prints, and the results were:
1st.  Bishop Alcock's Chapel, Ely by Ken Keen FRPS
2nd  Old Old Friends by Peter Stevens ARPS
3rd  White Horses at Sunset by Gill Morgan LRPS
The prize is for these three images to appear on the region's home page for a year.

In the afternoon, Tony Kaye ASIS FRPS of the Imaging Science Group gave two presentations, supported by a variety of display materials:

1)      RAW - The advantages/disadvantages of RAW compared to fully rendered JPEG or TIFF images created “in camera”. Different RAW converters can produce very different and at times unexpected results.

2)      How many Pixels do you really need? – A discussion on the ability of the eye, on viewing distances, and the thorny issue of how many pixels is equivalent to a 35mm frame of film.
