The Annual General Meeting of the Thames Valley Region was held at Drake Hall, Amersham Community Centre, Chiltern Avenue, Amersham, HP6 5AH.

The Minutes of the previous meeting (January 2011) were accepted.

The Report of the Regional Organiser appears in the November 2011 regional newsletter, and was received.

The Report of the Regional Representative on the Advisory Board appears in the November 2011 regional newsletter, and was received.

The Report of the Regional Treasurer on the financial position as at 30th September 2011 was received.

The following were elected to hold office until the next Annual General Meeting:
Regional Organiser (Chairman):  Mark Buckley-Sharp ARPS
Regional Treasurer:  Mary O'Connor LRPS
Committee members:  Judy Buckley-Sharp LRPS, Geoffrey Einon ARPS, David Fletcher, Ted French ARPS, Trish French ARPS, Chris Kislingbury ARPS, Carole Niven LRPS, Max Pickering LRPS, Paul Styles LRPS, Sheila Wilder, Ruth Wyss ARPS.

Noted that the Regional Representative to the Advisory Board was previously elected to hold office until September 2013.

There was no other business.
