Thames Valley Region held its Annual General Meeting at Drake Hall, Amersham Community Centre, Chiltern Avenue, Amersham HP6 5AH.

The Minutes of the previous meeting (Ocxtober 2011) were accepted.
The Report of the Regional Organiser appears in the November 2012 regional newsletter, and was received.
The Report of the Regional Representative on the Advisory Board appears in the November 2012 regional newsletter, and was received.
The Report of the Regional Treasurer on the financial position as at 30th September 2012 was received.
The following were elected to hold office until the next Annual General Meeting:
Regional Organiser (Chairman): Mark Buckley-Sharp ARPS
Regional Treasurer: Mary O'Connor LRPS
Committee members: Judy Buckley-Sharp LRPS, Geoffrey Einon ARPS, David Fletcher, Ted French ARPS, Trish French ARPS, Chris Kislingbury ARPS, John Minter, Max Pickering LRPS, Roger Towell ARPS, Ruth Wyss ARPS.
Noted that the Regional Representative to the Advisory Board was previously elected to hold office until September 2013.
