Distinctions Advisory Days are very helpful to anyone interested in applying for a Distinction. They give you a chance to ask questions and you will find the day more beneficial if you bring some of your own work for constructive criticism. It is preferable for prints to be mounted, although this is not essential, and please take about 20 images for viewing.
PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS EVENT IS NOW FULLY SUBSCRIBED FOR THOSE WISHING TO SHOW WORK ALTHOUGH A FEW OBSERVER'S PLACES REMAIN.
Cost: £15.00 for members bringing work, (£20* for non-members if bringing work).
Advice will be for LRPS (Panel members TBC) and for ARPS Visual Art (Panel members TBC). Before applying for advice, you must read the sections of the Society's Disitinctions Handbook relevant to your needs.
Prints only.
Observing(£10) is a good introduction to the distinctions process and you will see the advice given. Observers must not bring any of their own work to the event.
