Contemporary Group members from the North West will talk about their projects and work in progress.
Noirin Carmody ARPS will talk about her film noir project recently featured in the Group Journal.
Creating the Olympic Park by Brian Steptoe FRPS "Please miss, what was here before" - school party visitors looking at the stadium from the visitor centre. This will be answered in a documentary project leading up to completion of the Olympic Games facilities in London.
Why not bring some work to show around the room for informal discussion before and after the meeting? This is an opportunity to find out what the Contemporary Group is all about – “Photography that explores the photographer’s personal view of contemporary society, environment, art or culture, usually through a themed body of work”.
Cost: Contemporary Group Members – FREE RPS Members - £5 Non-members - £10
