Selections for the Group's Print and Projected Image Exhibitions will both take place on the same day.

Doors open 10 am for coffee and the PI Selection will start at 10.30 am.

A short Annual General Meeting will then be held, followed by a lunch break.

Attenders will need to make their own luncheon arrangements; there are local public houses serving lunces but members may bring their own packed lunch.

After lunch we shall hold the Print Exhibition Selection and expect to close at approximately 5 pm.

Entrants to either or both exhibitions will have free entry to the hall, but must have sent in their entries on the appropriate entry form, with the respective entry fee at least 2 weeks beforehand.

Exhibition entry fees will be: Prints £7, PDI £6.

PDI entries will be required 2 weeks beforehand but prints may be brought on the day.

Exhibition entrants are entitled to free entry; ticket prices for non-exhibition entrants are: Group Members and their partners £6, others £8.

Ticket application, Print Entry and PI entry forms will all be enclosed with the next issue of 'Creative Eye' and also available under 'Downloads' during February, 2013.
