Doors will open for the Annual General Meeting of the Archaeology & Heritage Group at 1000, with formal business commencing at 1030.

We wish to hear from members who are interested in serving on the committee, or otherwise helping the group in the coming year. Please contact the Secretary, Rodney Thring LRPS, at 27 College Ride, Camberley, Surrey, GU15 4JP, tel. no. 01276 20725.

The AGM is combined with the Annual Print Day. Following the formal business of the AGM, members present some of their prints, and discuss them with members. There is a break for lunch, with members making their own arrangements (many lunch at the Edmund Tylney nearby), after which the Annual Print Day continues.

The event is a good opportunity for members new to our meetings to meet established members and find out about the photography in the group. Although only Archaeology & Heritage Group members may attend the AGM, a warm welcome is extended to all members to the Annual Print Day.
