The Annual General Meeting of The Society will be held at the National Media Museum, Bradford. The business of the meeting will be to: 

  • receive the Minutes of the 2011 Annual General Meeting, as previously circulated
  • approve the Trustees' Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2011, as previously circulated
  • to authorise the Council of The Royal Photographic Society of Great Britain to appoint and to agree a fee for The Society auditors in 2012. 

The Minutes of the 2011 Annual General Meeting, together with the Trustees' Report and Accounts are available as a download from the Members' Area of The Society website.
