Here is a chance to meet other Gloucestershire based photographers and participate in some street, urban and reportage photography at night.

We also have gallery space booked in the summer of 2014 and space for around 50 images. The working title is "Secret Gloucestershire" and the intention is that images are picked from photoshoots over the next 12 months.


The evening will contain an optional challenge. The winner will be judged on technical and stylistic merit and will get..... respect, adoration and a thermos flask.

 

The “official” itinerary will begin at 7:30PM, but members of the DVJ will be at the rendezvous from 7PM, which will be advised with the confirmation emails.
Open to RPS and non-RPS members.
Cost:  Free for DVJ members, free for non-DVJ members.
Location maps will be sent with the confirmation emails and detailed maps will be provided with the itinerary on the day.
If you are unable to attend on the day, you are welcome to participate “virtually” in the informal challenge.  Simply follow the instructions of the challenge during the weekend of the challenge.  The details of the challenge will be posted on the dvj website and Flickr group on Friday 30th November.

Although not taking place on a Sunday, the evening in Cheltenham tonight is still a DVJ Shoot and so Sunday Shoot challenge rules apply! The challenge set for those attending the Shoot is "Cheltenham by Night".

If you are not going to Cheltenham, feel free to enter a night picture from wherever you happen to be.

Images must be taken on Friday 30th November
Best image to be uploaded into the thread on the Sunday Shoot Flickr group by Sunday 9th December
Winner to be annonced on Wednesday 11th December
