The event is open to anyone - members of the Contemporary Group, members of the Society and non-mermbers are all welcome to attend but please notify Nigel Tooby in advance if you are planning to come along so that we can get an idea of numbers on the day.

There is a small charge payable on the day of £2 per head to cover room hire but parking is plentiful and free.
