The exhibition will be shown alongside Tim Vyner's illustrations of the 2012 Olympics (official artist of games)
The Royal Photographic Society celebrated the London 2012 Olympic and Paralympic Games with an online photographic competition. Photographers were asked to capture an image to show how the world was getting into the spirit of the world’s greatest sporting event.
From community cultural and sporting events and celebrations of the Games, through to national and international organised events, including the action at the Games themselves. The Gold, Silver and Bronze Award winners' prizes were kindly donated by Panasonic UK, Audio Visual Partners for London 2012.
