An informative workshop for all those who want to know more about the basics of PhotoShop Elements 5. Learn how to store, view and find your images using the PhotoShop Elements organiser and then how to do basics image correction and manipulation using PhotoShop Elements 5.

Introduction
With PhotoShop Elements 5 learn how to...
· Organise your images by categories, sub categories and date
· Change the file size of your images so they can be emailed directly from Elements 5
· Automated actions to open, auto correct, rotate, resize and crop your images
· Navigation around an image/know your Elements 5 workspace
· Undoing your mistakes and how to use the history pallet
· Retouch images
· Adding text
· Use colour balance to remove colour casts
· Get to grips with using adjustment layers to alter the contrast and balance of image
· Save your images for web/presentation and print your image (understanding file types).
· Printing your images

Course Requirements
No design or photographic skills are expected, delegates however should have a good understanding of the Windows system.

What to bring
CD containing minimum of 15 images (saved in Tiff or jpeg format) and a CD-R and a foolscap wallet to take your work home with you.
Bring a packed lunch or use local facilities. Drinks provided.
The above course will be certificated.
