The Society will be holding its Annual General Meeting on Saturday 27 September 2008. The venue is Smethwick Photographic Society, The Old Schoolhouse, Churchbridge, Oldbury, West Midlands B69 2AS and the meeting will commencing at 17.30 hrs.

Preceeding the AGM will be a meeting of the Advisory Board which will commencing at 14.00 hrs. in the same venue.

A meeting of Regional Organisers will be held on Sunday 28 September at 10.00 hrs at Smethwick Photographic Society and running parallel with this will be a meeting of the Group Representatives.
