    British Heart Foundation Photography Competition

    6th January 10

    The British Heart Foundation has just launched it\'s first annual digital photography competition at www.bhf.org.uk/redphotos.  Entries from East Anglia Region RPS members are welcome.  The theme of the competition is Red for Heart and the winning images will be showcased as part of National Heart Month in February.     Thames Valley Distinctions Advisory Day

    Thames Valley Region held a Distinctions Advisory Day at Amersham. 15 people attended for advice, and there were 26 observers. The advisors were led by Bill Wisden HonFRPS (for ARPS Visual Art), with Trevor Gellard FRPS and Paul Reynolds ARPS (for LRPS). More info

    Distinctions Advisory Day

    In 2009, we had to turn members away from a fully booked Distinctions Advisory Day in January, followed by a packed Licentiate Assessment in September. Although not followed this year by an Assessment day in Scotland, this is the opportunity for anyone interested in working towards a submission to one of the Society’s Distinctions, or wanting to find out more about the process.
