  • All those attending Society events are responsible for their own actions. Leaders will, to the best of their knowledge, inform those attending of any dangers or areas that could cause concern. All those aged under 16 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

    Travellers' Tale Festival

    THE TRAVEL EVENT OF THE YEAR The world's greatest travel photographers and writers will gather for an inspiring weekend in London at the annual Travellers' Tales Festival on February 19-21. Called “the travel event of the year” by Traveller magazine, this unique festival of travel photography and writing offers an exciting weekend of talks, workshops, films and fun, at the historic headquarters of the Royal Geographical Society, who will be showing items from the Collection of famous explorers' possessions.
