  • All those attending Society events are responsible for their own actions. Leaders will, to the best of their knowledge, inform those attending of any dangers or areas that could cause concern. All those aged under 16 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

    RPS Historical Group visit to Budapest

    2nd May 13 - 5th May 13

    The RPS Historical Group is organising a visit to Budapest in May 2013.  Through the excellent contacts of Colin Ford HonFRPS, who co-curated the recent "Eyewitness" exhibition of Hungarian photography at the Royal Academy, the group will have access to many significant archives and collections in Budapest and the surrounding area.     Book HEREHome to the Brackenbury family, this redbrick early Tudor house sits in south Nottinghamshire, where it has played host to a number of distinguished residents over the years. Built by Sir William Pierrepont in 1500, with period lodgings, a carved Charles I staircase and fine courtyard, the house plays host to dramas and historical films, and is ours to photograph for this day.
