JOIN THE CONTEMPORARY GROUP POSTAL PORTFOLIOS
The Contemporary Group believes in photography as an exciting medium for self-expression in contemporary life and thought. The Group offers its members a varied programme of talks, seminars, and hands-on workshops, enlisting renowned professional photographers, teachers and artists to lead these events.
A particularly popular feature of many workshops is the opportunity they give for members to bring their own work for constructive comments, both from the workshop leader and from other participants. There are also two postal portfolio circuits for those unable to attend workshops. A sample programme is available on request.
The Group also regularly holds advisory sessions on attaining Associateship and Fellowship distinctions in the Contemporary category.
Joining the Contemporary Group, with its varied and stimulating programme, is seen by many as a very worthwhile addition to their RPS membership.
