John Long ARPS

I have been into photography since the mid 1950's when I joined the Kingswood Photographic Society. I lectured and judged over many years, but now retired from that part of the amateur photographic scene.

Attained a Licentiateship of the RPS in 1980 and an Associateship in 1991.  I now service on the D.I.Group committee as Publicity Secretary, having previously organised and run the D.I.Group Exhibition for six years.

Awarded a Fenton Medal by the Society in 2001, I was Chair of the Licentiate Panel until I retired from that position in 2010
