Tony Bond FRPS

My interest in photography started at school. Later, as an undergraduate on the loose in London, I visited all the Society’s exhibitions at Princes gate. The one which left the most lasting impression was the annual natural history exhibition – all monochrome prints in those days!

On graduation I joined Ilford Ltd. as a product development scientist and for over 30 years worked on a wide range of film and paper products.

I took my first steps in nature photography by photographing farm and garden birds but my interests soon expanded to include any nature subject which appealed to me. I am a founder member of the RPS Nature Group.

I also photograph subjects other than nature, but for personal satisfaction nothing beats the natural world.
