Thames Valley Centre
Booking For Events
Owing to demand, we have now sold our maximum of places for all 2012 events to Season Ticket holders. However, before each event we ask our Season Ticket holders whether they are coming, so that we can offer Day Tickets in their place. If you wish to purchase a Day Ticket for an event, in the first place please drop a line to our Membership Secretary, stating which event you wish to attend; please note that priority will be given to members of the DI Group. About 10 days before the event our Membership Secretary will be able to confirm by email whether a place is available for you. You will then need to send a cheque, to reach us before the event. We can only accept payment on the day when there is insufficient time to get a cheque to us, and only then by written (email) agreement with our Membership Secretary beforehand.
BOOKING BY BUYING A TICKET FOR A SINGLE EVENT
A Day Ticket for any of our events in 2012 is just £5.00.
All cheques payable to 'Thames Valley DIG', please, sent to:
Mrs Carol Drew (TVDIG Tickets)
15 Hazel Road
Mytchett, CAMBERLEY
Surrey GU16 6BA
Please send your cheque for the number of tickets you require, payable to 'Thames Valley DIG', along with your name, the names of any others for whom you are buying tickets, address, RPS membership number(s) where applicable, and email address, and make it clear which event you are booking for. You will receive acknowledgement by email. If you prefer us to post your ticket(s) to you, please include a stamped self-addressed envelope (allow 5 days).
Need a reminder of where we are? See our Location page, with online zoomable maps and route planner.
Refunds: If you are unable to come, and don't tell us before the event, we will not normally offer refunds; however, we will look sympathetically at each situation. Refunds requested at least 3 days before the event will normally be granted.
If you are a new attendee and would like to speed things up at the desk on arrival, it would help if you could print off and fill in an NEW ATTENDEE FORM (PDF), and bring it to your first meeting. This is also a convenient way of making sure that our information on any attendee is complete and up to date.
