Doors will open for the Annual General Meeting of the Archaeology & Heritage Group at 1000, when refreshments will be available. Please note that formal business commences at 1030.

Members who are interested in serving on the committee, or in otherwise helping the group in the coming year, should contact the Secretary, Rodney Thring LRPS, at 27 College Ride, Camberley, Surrey GU15 4JP, tel. 01276 20725.

Following the formal business of the AGM, we hold our Annual Print Day. Members provide some of their prints for discussion, or give a presentation. We break for lunch, with members making their own arrangements (many take lunch at the nearby Edmund Tylney), after which the Annual Print Day continues.

We welcome anyone who wishes to bring along prints for discussion, or can give a presentation based around a group of their prints. Please contact Mike Sasse (mike.sasse@btinternet.com), tel. 01892 531179.

This event is a good opportunity for members new to our group or meetings to meet other members and find out about the group's photographic interests. Although only Archaeology & Heritage Group members may attend the AGM, a warm welcome is extended to all RPS members to the prints afterwards.
