The International Slide Exhibition has always attracted significant entries.  Despite the much reported demise of slides as a medium, both the standard and number of images submitted this year was as high as ever. 

The General Slide category included a wide range of subject matter from the artistic to the documentary. The Nature Slide section comprised of images from all branches of natural history.  

For the first time this exhibition received  the support of The Society's own, recently introduced Patronage scheme for International Exhibitions.

This year continued with the Patronage from the Photographic Society of America (PSA)
