The Wildlife Photographer of the Year exhibition opens at the Natural History Museum in London this month. Now in its fifty-fourth year, the competition showcases extraordinary animal behaviour and the breath-taking diversity of life on Earth.

 

Winning images are selected for their creativity, originality and technical excellence. This year's competition attracted over 45,000 entries from professionals and amateurs across 95 countries. The selected works will be exhibited on 100 light panels.

 

After the flagship exhibition opening at the Natural History Museum, the photographs will embark on a UK and international tour.

Competition


The 2019 Wildlife Photographer of the Year competition, which is open to photographers of all ages and abilities, opens for entries on the 22nd October.
