Opening week at The Royal Photographic Society, Bristol ​

The RPS opened its doors to the public officially today with the 161st edition of The International Photography Exhibition, featuring 100 selected pieces of exciting contemporary photography by 54 exhibitors. The building will be open to visitors from Thursday to Sunday and exhibition admission is complimentary for RPS members.

This weekend, join IPE161 Under 30’s Gold Award Winner Christopher Bethell and IPE 161 exhibitor Jenny Lewis as they talk about their professional practice, personal projects, and the relationship between the two.  The event runs from 11am – 1pm, full price tickets are £8 and concessions £6. There will also be a ‘Introduction to Lightroom’ workshop with Tim Daly in the Education Centre on Saturday, where participants will learn about the organisational, editing and printing tools. This workshop is suitable for beginners. For more information and to book your place here.
