Infrared 100 at Fenton House
- Published 11th October 2010

- Official opening
The Royal Photographic Society is celebrating the centenary of infrared imaging with a small international exhibition of infrared photographs and thermograms.
The images chosen span the period from 1910 to the present day and represent the work of photographers including renowned artists Abe Frajndlich, Elliott Landy and Simon Marsden, as well as Society members including Tim Rudman, Clive Haynes and Alan Lewis. The techniques on show cover landscape, portrait and scientific images, taken both on film and by electronic means, in black and white and colour. Visitors will also have the opportunity to see reproductions of Professor Robert Williams Wood's century old photographs as shown in the 1911 RPS Exhibition.
The Infrared 100 Exhibition runs from the 1st October until the 28th October 2010 at Fenton House Bath
