National Open Art Competition open for entries

The National Open Art Competition is open for Registration and Entries. Registration closes on 31 July 2013. The NOAC has a photography section and one of the judges in 2013 will be Michael Hoppen the well-known photography gallery owner. The competition has a prize fund of £40,000.
