As one of our many members, you will hopefully have noticed that your Members Area looks a little bit different to normal. That’s because we’ve updated the whole section for you, now making it much easier to navigate.

You can now upload your photographs and re-arrange them at any time, without having to delete them if or when you want to change them. Your home page now shows upcoming events for your Region and/or Special Interest Group and the Member Announcements are much easier to read and for members only. Downloads are categorised in a much simpler way, allowing you to search for them by name, type, or if you wish, view them all.

There are also a couple of new boxes, one is link to any page that we think our members will be interested in, for example, the members’ exhibition. The other box displays a large image of the front cover of the upcoming/current Journal, just so you know what to look out for in the post. It will also contain a link to view or download a special section of the journal or occasionally anything else we feel members will want to get their hands on.

Over all we hope that this new area will be more useful to you as one of our members, and that it will help to encourage you to upload and share more of your photos with other likeminded, enthusiastic photographers. Don’t forget to fill out the Biog section to tell everyone a bit about your work and Inspiration and for all the Doctors, Professor, Reverends and Sirs, you can now change your title appropriately.
