NOTICE OF THE ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING OF

This is notice that the Annual General Meeting of the members of the above-named Society will be held at the following address:

Fenton House, 122 Wells Road, Bath BA2 3AH
on Saturday 26 September 2009 at 10.15 a.m.

The business of the meeting will be:

1. To receive the Minutes of the 2008 Annual General Meetings as previously circulated.

2. To approve the Trustees Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2008 as previously circulated.

3. To authorize the Council of The Royal Photographic Society of Great Britain to appoint and to agree a fee for the Society Auditors in 2009

4. To receive the results of the Society Elections 2009-2011
